Being a Vocaloid fan for nearly six years now, I've waited five long years for an official Hatsune Miku concert to be nearby where I live or go to school, and this was the perfect opportunity since it landed on the weekend of my mid-semester break. I was at and can pick out myself, my sister and my mother at Mikunopolis and I know which Leek shaped glow stick is mine at the concerts. And yeah, I think we all shed a tear at the end. A mix of happy to have been there and sad that it was over. Miku is special; an inspiration; and the proof that human imagination and creativity are still alive in what has otherwise been a rather dark century so far.
Patchwork Usagi don't give up all hope. There has been stuff done in Paris. And maybe some day they'll do something in at least London. It might still be a hike, but I had to fly from New York to L.A., across the entire continent, to go to Mikunopolis if you save up and keep asking, some day they'll come close enough for you to go.

Little upset now after I pre-ordered the concert discs after seeing this. By all means I didn't expect perfect audio of just her singing, no I like to hear the crowd cheering as well....but like that one girl screaming at the top of her lungs for no reason through out the whole song makes me regret it a little...

Glass Wall is the best song to come from a western producer so far, I really love it I wish the DVD/Blu-Ray had both concerts on it but I understand that would be pretty redundant - from what I understand though there are fan interview features and things showing some of the expanded expo in LA, which was really wonderful - I hope some bits from LA made it onto these.
The added instrumental elements for the live version of this performance made it so much more powerful. It was a good song before, it's a phenomenal song live.

also about the yelling girl who kinda overdid it, her screaming could be easily edited out of the audio with Sony Spectralayers, but doing it for the whole concert would take some time, something to consider though in the future, I doubt theres time for that at this point though and I'd assume the disks are already being printed - but perhaps in the future for these, if theres any bad sounds from the audience that are persistent have someone go through and mark their time occurances and then have someone go through it in SpectraLayers at those times - some other tools may do it as well but I think that would be the most accurate and specific, with no effect on the rest of the audio

Geuinely surprised they didn't filter out that girl's scream. The whole audio of the video and possibly the concert itself's quality heavily dropped. I wouldn't for pay for the blu-ray knowing this could've easily been fixed.
So has anyone else been able to pick out their glow stick? at 1:06 you'll see a dim, blue and green leak glowstick to Miku's right (from our perspective), that's mine, I'm pretty sure. That's always the coolest part of these things, picking out which actual glowstick is yours. I can even pick out my family's glow sticks at Mikunopolis.
