This woman is the only person I ever got tingles with while watching her videos! I have insomnia and this helps so so much along with a diffuser in my room with lavender! I was so tired of sleep meds never working well but that combination is great for relaxing
This may sound odd but I find it so relaxing when I can hear your breathing. It makes me feel like you’re right next to me. I think it relaxes me because it reminds me of when I was a child and I used to lay in bed with my grandma while she stroked my hair until I fell asleep. It is so soothing to me. I have fallen into a routine where I watch your videos right before I go to sleep. It really helps me relax and the videos make me sleepy. I truly think it ensures that I get a deep and beneficial sleep. I wake up feeling very well rested. Thank you for all that you do Emma. You are such a service to this beautiful ASMR community.
