Omgosh. I felt so relieved when you mentioned how they work with the Springheel paper -- I have that and the Neenah Vellum for when I print out pages -- and everytime I try to use them with Springheel I've been less than thrilled and have just been thinking it was me. LOL. You do not know the peace of mine this just gave me. So glad you're doing these videos. They're super-helpful & appreciated.
Happy Friday Pamela, I find that I like the brutfuners a lot , but I really love using the kalour pencils. All I have are budget pencils and be far my favorite are the star joy gold edition. Thank you for this video. Enjoy your weekend.
Thank you for doing these tests. I am moving from color-by-number books this year and this is my main book to color in. I have 6 polychromos pencils that I'm learning to use in the book and I'm liking them. But, I would like see Square Bruts and Castle Arts Original.
I just tested the square Brutfuners and finished editing it today. I have quite a few videos I need to get up so hopefully I'll release it soon so you can see it.
Love your videos. I'm testing the Black widows. I somehow missed a set, I have 150 pencils, but that's enough for me. Are you a self-taught colorist? You are so good, one of my favorite colorist.
You must be missing a set that has about 30 - maybe one of the later sets? I don’t believe any had exactly 30 colors though. If you count them and get an exact number it should be easy to figure out which set is missing. Yes I’ve just learned through years of practice. Thank you!
Loving the videos. I just wish people, such as yourself, would use the Kalour (300set is what I have) more often. Especially showing what colors work together. I can’t afford the color wheel etc that people sell at the moment so it takes me a lot of time just deciding which ones to use.
A gently meant suggestion: It’s hard to see the examples you’re talking about when you demonstrate coloring on tiny segments. Maybe you could show close-ups or use larger examples? Each house is about a 1/2 inch square in my iPad screen which is about 6” x 3.5” If I do a further closeup, I can’t see the fine details of the color layers and blending because it gets blurry.
I have all the sets and I love them, such lovely pencils. I love that they do not duplicate colors from set to set
I love these videos! I'd love to see you try Brutfuner squares to see how they perform. Thanks for all the hard work you put in! ❤
That video is coming.

Your house came out really cute! 😍 I wondered about the flowers becoming brown eyed Susans?

I have this coloring book and I just love it. Especially when I don’t have a lot of time to actually color.
YAY.... thank you!
You are so welcome! Let me know what set you'd like to see me use next week and compare to the Arrtx and Black Widows.
Lovely vedio, besides prisma colour black widows are my go to ❤
Which colored pencils you have tried have a lot of pinks and purples?

I think she can only do so much, since basically everything in this book is very small (obviously).
Please test the poly’s.
I have this book, my oil based pencils work better than my wax based pencils on this paper.
