I fall asleep to about 4 different solfeggio titles series almost every night. I pick which one I need most and go to sleep. My favorite is 396, release guilt and fear.

One of my favorite sounds is the sound of my cats crunching their food at night and lapping their water. It brings me a sense of comfort, security and safety. There are 2 or 3 different sounds in this piece that sound exactly like that! I literally had to get up to see if a cat was at the bowls but nope. Just this video, keeping me safe ,secure and content ❤🐱🌈🌟🪐 p.s this is also catnip for the kitty's ears! They start rolling around and making dough after 5 minutes!

I found a couple of NIH studies using 40Hz to treat this. 396Hz is close to a harmonic of this, but not exact. I will create something specifically for this. I have one to finish up, but Ill make the 40Hz program next on my list.

I really can’t decide between this and mi, which do you think is more beneficial for sleep, I normally find it hard to sleep and wake up from the slightest disturbance. Just asking!
Everyone is different. For deep sleep stick with the lower frequencies. The higher ones are more for lucid dreaming, but those can be intense for some.

These videos have really helped me get to sleep quicker and stay asleep, but only for 6 hours as RUclips always pauses the video at the 6 hr mark and asks if I'm still watching and if I don't respond turns my TV off. I then wake up and turn it back on, but I don't ever get fully back to sleep again. 😕 Is there a way to fix this? It also does it when I play them on my phone.

Had a really interesting dream with this frequency, kind of a nightmare, honestly. Woke up sweating. Had to turn it off. Wife didnt sleep well either. We have tried others, i believe lower frequencies. I think we will stick with those...😅

Also it’s not uncommon to have a bad dream on the first listen. This means it’s working. You are releasing anxiety in those areas. The dream is the mind processing the trauma. Usually it’s only scary or weird the first time. After this you are balanced.

Do you have to use headphones for this to work?
No. If you were still having difficulty sleeping without headphones, there is an added component for drowsiness if you wear the headphones, but for most people, 90% , the headphones are unnecessary.

It sounds like it was working out tension. It should only be intense on the first listen. After that you are much more in balance. If for any reason you are feeling that pain in your head, then I would suggest moving to a lower frequency, and work your way up over a few days.

I was on a deep state of meditation light of an I was about to fall asleep and I started to see a purple light! Is this normal?
