So it looks as if those technic expansions are for the original microworld sets! They are the exact hight to match up with those very original sets from a decade ago
This is such a cool throwback to the original microworlds and a fantastic way to add on to Minecraft's already stellar 15 year anniversary.
This set looks fantastic, I love all the little references and the overall look of the build.
I really hope they expand on these microscale sets once again if Lego sees how high the demand is for them with this set, I think there's a lot of potential for future expansions here with a Furnace, a Chest or maybe even a Jukebox and so on.
The microfigures look a bit odd in comparison to the originals, although I do like the change that they're more in-scale unlike the original 4 microscales sets.
Overall there isn't much to hate about this set, absolutely picking this one up no questions asked.
3:21. I wouldnt be surprised if they did a furnace or chest or smth else for the nether and the end.
I imagine the connection points are for connecting the figure stands to display them with the crafting table sides outwards
Those axle holes on the table side are likely there so you can attach the microfig displays to that side, so it can fit flush either way.
Lego should make similar sets for more themes
The micro representation, based on the first set, and being something cool on the outside works well as a concept
I'm not a Minecraft fan, but this set is cool
this will probably be the first Minecraft lego set i get to be honest, i love these diorama type builds and im glad we are seeing them in more themes
This is really good. Amazing display outside the box and inside. I also really like that it's not enormous as to not to take up a lot of space. Might get this one though I haven't played Minecraft in forever.
The little slots on the sides is in sane you want to display the back with the micro fig builds can be displayed too.
I like it! This might be the first Lego Minecraft set i will ever buy 😊
still not over MINECRAFT LEGO existing it's so funny
I'm also really curious how this will look in real life with the top on. I feel like it would make the inside a fair bit darker by stopping light from getting in. I'm not a Minecraft fan so I don't know if it would've worked but maybe they could've had trans tiles for the top to let some light in
oh i was so sure this would close up completely
At first I thought they make more too, but perhaps the holes on the other sides are just to move the name plates to other sides :/
I really wish you could close this box, or choose to display it with one corner removed.
Oh thats cute, looks very right
nether smithing table next?
Thx Jang for this review! I don't think I'll put on the stickers but the build looks great! 💕
Great video 😊
Looks good. I'll wait to see some build reviews to decide whether its worth it or not. It might be one to get when it goes on sale.
Good for the price but could've been so much more.
I think the technic pinholes might be to let you attach those black plinths on any side with the tiny figures and text tiles
I love it, such a fitting tribute to the origins of LEGO Minecraft! It’s cool to see the designer tackle biomes like the Deep Dark and Cherry Grove that were not even a gleam in the eye at the time of the CUUSOO set’s release!
EDIT: Just noticed the Technic pinholes on the other side. I don’t actually think these were included to accommodate future microscale sets, to me it just looks like you have the option to rotate the microfigure display stand.
I'd buy it
First >$50 set in a while that is a guaranteed buy for me.
Is that your address in the top left at the beginning of the video?
Lol no. 1) Not an address and 2) private browser session as always, never logged into anything when recording or streaming since too many ppl be real life creepers.
This set gonna be 5/10
Good $30 set
ngl I’m pretty disappointed by this. Super tiny & i wish it was like the Mario block that fully closed with the biomes popping out. Also would’ve liked more interesting biomes like in the nether & end
I don't buy sets with stickers... So yeah, kind of a let down. That's just sad and embarrassing for a giant company like lego :/
The sticker pieces could be removed and you wouldn't even notice. Surprised how whiney people are about this.
so bad,, the microworld was good enough why add all that extra garbage walls for the crafting box, i guess just to pump the price
Wouldn't look good without the walls imo
This is just awful. Not sure who is wasting their money on these minecraft sets
