Thank you. Crazy the only way to access the bluetooth settings on my Android box was to search for it. And it was turned off. No wonder I could not connect bluetooth keyboard... Update: Bluetooth just turns off again. The setting does not stay and still cannot connect keyboard ☹️
for the keyboar you should use a keyborad equipped with dongle, it works perfectly. I had to buy a bluetooth usb to make it work on this type of smart box
After you plug it in nothing should happen. Unlike with Windows, Android does not notify you that the Bluetooth is now enabled. To view the Bluetooth configuration you have to manually go to Settings and then select Bluetooth. From there you can finish configuring your device.

If changing the settings is causing your box to crash, then there is something else wrong with your OS, possibly a virus? The safest thing to do would be to reset it to factory settings, if there's no update available.

If you cannot perform a search within settings and Bluetooth is not visible, then your TV box does not have the Bluetooth chipset. Regardless of what your manufacturer says the specs are, Android does not recognize Bluetooth in your box. The only way that I've found to correct this is to add a Bluetooth dongle to one of your USB ports. They are relatively cheap (< $2 USD) and once you plug it in, then Bluetooth will magically appear under Settings.

The home button was included with the navigation bar on the original firmware. I believe it was version 1.5.1. I've since upgraded to version 2.0 and the navigation bar is gone :(
Are you able to find the search button under settings? Does your settings screen look like the one in this video? Once you plug in a USB Bluetooth dongle, the Bluetooth settings sill be available.
If I turned on bluetooth, its not getting the other devices. It's like not detecting the other devices.

Yes, it should give you bluetooth. That's what the USB bluetooth dongle is made to do.

What brand/model dongle did you buy? Try plugging it into a PC to make sure it is working.

Well I'm using An Andowl Tv Box & most of the settings aren't there..especially Bluetooth settings...
