Bismillah. When writing in Arabic it has its own rules & when writing in English there are different rules therefore you apply the rules that exist to the one you are using when using it. We write with a capital letter for names to emphasize the fact it refers to someone & give that respect so why not when writing Allah who is not just someone or anyone but 'The God' the One & Only God? Allah knows best

Allahu Akbar... Allah Azza-Wajal is truly The Greatest and Absolutely The Most Merciful. I try to read Tahajjud Salaah as often as I can and... As Allah Subhaanahu Wa Ta'aala is my witness, Walaahi. I have never set an alarm to awaken but get up as if I am refreshed and have slept enough . I say this as someone who has always loved to sleep for hours longer than anybody else. As someone who struggled to get up even if anybody tried to awaken me. Make your Niyyat and Allah Azza-Wajal will make it the easiest thing to do. Be patient, read your Tahajjud Salaah gently and calmly. I feel I am seeing improvement in my life every day. May Allah Ta'aala continue to help us and guide us to being better Muslims. Before u start your do say subhan Allah 10 times Al hamdu lillah 10 times Allahu Akbar 10 times then call on Allah in 2 or 3 of his 99 name then ask for what u want then say allahumma Ameen at the end if u don't say Ameen at end of Dua your Dua will still be open Ameen end your Dua
