The one thing that blows my mind the most about these amazing dogs is that they know when a command is completed, then they look at Sean to hear the next command. Just mind-blowingly intelligent.

Yes, the dogs are amazing, but let's not forget just how skilled the shepherd is in handling all the animals. The dogs make it look easy enough I almost fool myself into thinking I could do it myself, but then paying attention to the quick commands that kept chaos to a minimum I decided it's better for all involved if I stay in America and watch a pro do it on RUclips.

The dogs, well rested from their holiday, were anxious to get back to work, weren't they? I love to watch them work together and with you. That one ewe/lamb pair gave them a bit of trouble, though! Those Hebrideans! Your herd must have a talk each morning, deciding how to make things the most difficult for the pups! 🤣 Storm and Echo are awesome! All the best from northern Idaho!

He was 17 years old and a Mancoon. I adore large cats, but i LOVE all cats. Frankie reached 32 pounds once!! The vet had his picture in his office. He died of kidney failure at 17 and weighing in at 18 pounds. Sweet, sweet kitty and such a lover. My heart broke and I never got another cat or dog again. Your comment is so darling….your a sweet person, I can tell. I wish you nothing but happiness, safety, love and security in your life. Enjoy the summer dear! I’m turning 70 this coming July. I can’t believe it, I just can’t! I feel young 🤣🤣. I have a nice, loving life, I’m healthy and my family is good. I’m hanging in here with everything going on. Had a lost cat come out of the forest and could not just ignore her - told her she would never be hungry again :) She gave me two babies (hence the Tiger Trio) then she was fixed. Just turned 69 this year. Am retired in the mountains of NE WA state. LOVE it here!! Good Godly folks. As a wildlife artist, living in the mountains is priceless to me. Funny how they all have different personalities & learn silly things that make each unique.
I also have an Australian shepherd, Zeke. I don't know what I'd do without my fur babies. They sure keep this empty nest going & interesting.

This is what border collies are suppose to be doing! It really is such a shame when I see the average urbanite with a collie, living in a suburban neighborhood with a 9-5 job. PSA: these working dogs are not meant to live in such conditions. Same thing goes for LGDs. A Great Pyrenees isn’t meant to be laying on your couch all day!

I also really enjoy watching them work, am always amazed at the training you have put in, and I can tell how much the dogs love herding. I had no idea sheep were so fast and so stubborn!! It would be really difficult working with them without the dogs. Lastly I love seeing how beautiful Scotland is. I lived in England for 3 years as a child, and visited Scotland once on vacation. I remember being in Edinburgh for the “Tattoo” I think it was called. It was absolutely amazing. My family name is McBeth, so Scotland calls to me. Thank you for these amazing videos!!

What a lovely day for it! There's a lot of work for just those few sheep! That was one clever lamb who didn't fall for the gate switch trick! Echo is coming along, cant fault the enthusiasm 😊 are you satisfied with how he's doing? Love seeing the dogs work together. Just started watching the Netflix thing on the Aussie muster dogs! Loved the "that'll do" sign off - you should make that trademark 😁 Thanks for the vid!

Hi Sean, I Look forward to watching your videos and seeing your incredible dogs in action, even though it can make me feel a little homesick, When do you decide to use whistle or verbal commands?

Love it when Storm wears the camera. She really moves! The movement of her ears just makes me chuckle. 😂I have always watched the dog herding competition at the local sheep and wool expo but I found it boring yesterday. I am so spoiled watching your dogs-so well trained and responsive.

Your dogs are super intelligent and courageous!! Watching their herding actions through your dog view cam is an eye opener for sure. They have to possess a strong level of trust in you to execute your commands. Their vision is quite restricted at ground level with the tall grass, brush and other natural obstructions that limit their field of view. They truly make their work look too easy!! Thank you for this video, even though my comment is for a year old video :)
