Agreed on the reviews. It’s nuts how many low reviews that they have and it seems like a lot of them are a result of guests not reading up on what is offered and/or going super busy times. The reviews were one of the reasons why we put off visiting for so long, but I was glad to have a really great time.

Did they give you issue holding the camera out without holding your tube with both hands? Their site says no recording during the ride :(. And is that audio from a lav mic on you or just being picked up from what cam? I like your setup!
They have warnings about loose items on the slides, including a safety video. I used a GoPro with a wrist strap and they didn’t say anything outside of warning that they do not retrieve loose items and are not responsible for anything being dropped. The audio was from the camera.
That place is a blast! We took the kids there two years ago. It looks like they've made it nicer, too!

Sadly, they only have the snow tubing, but I think a snowboarding section would be huge.

We’ve only been this one time and it was on a Saturday. I’d think any day with the earliest time slot or weekdays would be less busy.
For play with the snow for the kids is another $$$ charge?
The snow play area is included in the ticket price.
