Because she's dead. She was cursed and Ard was forced to kill her in his past life. That's the whole reason there was a second Demon-King version of Ard in the past, he was trying to change the past so Lydia wouldn't die, even at the cost of the future she was fighting for. And from what we saw here, Lydia knows this.

It was mentioned that the god sent him back to make sure his alt self didn't succeed. Apparently it would have created a bunch of alt timelines. Which would have muddied up the timelines. Which that god couldn't allow. Besides Lydia knew what was going on. And already mentioned to the mc, she was ok with dying. Because she wanted to die in battle anyways. Since she couldn't forgive herself for past deeds in her life. She probably would even see blood on her hands at times. That's something that can't be erased. Even the mc realized after talking with her, that she didn't want him to change things. So he went with her wishes and let things play out like they were suppose to. Plus that point in time they were sent back, was still fairly early on. Since he didn't conqueror what he would conqueror yet. Because eventually his past life would rule over all lands. And he was looked at as a god. Which started his journey to reincarnate himself. Now for why Lydia hasn't reincarnated, not sure about that one. For whatever the reason is, her soul is in that sword. Maybe for some reason her soul is too dangerous to reincarnate. And is better left in the sword. I don't really know why for that part.
@@gohanangered9650 ur not getting it man lol I know everything ur saying my point was that in the past the guy who cursed lydia was the curse sorceror alternate ard cut off that sorcerers head in ep 10 so in the past and that timeline y would lydia still die because the only reason past ard killed her was because she got cursed so if the guy who cursed her is dead ard wouldn't have to kill her and she's alive in the past when they all leave so unless she died by other means then that sorceror she should be alive in the future
