What TCU tune are you running?
There’s a red ‘22 s3 somewhat local to me for sale. Came from a mk7 gti stage 2 tuned by eqt that was totaled, then a mk7 Jetta gli. Should I go for the new s3 or jump back into a new gti? Going back and fourth here. I liked the Jetta for the extra rear leg room even though I don’t drive anyone around, it’s nice to have the extra room. And I have apex sm10’s waiting to go on something😂
The S3 is far superior to the mk8 GTI! The factory turbo is a like a vortex, I’m trapping 128 on the street spinning with EQT E85. GTI can’t even get there with the aftermarket units available right now

Yeah it’s a tint strip! Flows well with the black optics roof

Miami!! I bet that’s nice dude!! Never get slow there I bet! My favorite are TBMs, we get a ton of those and PC-12s, couple 24s too. Some Hondas and then there’s a ton of pipers… I dislike those 😂

If you’re looking for good drag/roll race tires why would you go with a 340tw tire in the first place? Sounds like you need DOT slicks or a sticky 200tw tire.
Well they’re made by Hoosier for Conti, and they’re 200tw. Every other 200tw I’ve had was better. Even 80$ per tire federal RSRR lol those snapped an axle on launch on my old R. Lesson learned. Getting a dedicated set of slicks to stop making excuses
