Great video and beautiful bike. Please post more. I just bought a 99' Vulcan.

Beautiful bike. I have the same year and color. I made the following changes: Cobra pipes, Mustang saddle, with backrest (a godsend), Kuryakyn footpegs, oil gauge, and something to run the GPS. I love it. I agree that the Bridgestone tires suck. I had good luck with Dunlops on my Vulcan but will look into the Michelin tires. I like your headlight too. Safe riding!

Sorry just noticed your comment. Leader Motorcycle Accessories have all the mounts. Have added more since this video GPS mount, double mount and ball mount for gps. All works good. The pipes are loud I do not know if I ever get stopped by the police if I will pass but I try to behave in the city when driving. I find the belt is tight also but believe that is the design of them. I will know more in two weeks when I change tires as have a belt tension tool but believe it is right.

I have a 2010 Nomad in champagne/black all stock. Had the bike for about 6 yrs now and still love it. Second owner from Honda dealership and my first big cruiser. I have had no mechanical issues and she still runs like new. Reliability 4****. Texas heat limits riding time but that’s the downside here. Thx for info on all the accessories. I plan to put some items on mine plus a video . 😋

1700 do pop and backfire but with the power commander it helps and I also raised the rpm by 50 and that seems to help also as now when I throttle down it does not shut off the air flow completely. I love the bike it is a brute compared to a goldwing. Top heavy. More fun to ride for sure very stable in winds I do not feel them like a wing. Michelin Commander 2 tires going on it next and have sent away for a Russell Day Long Seat so waiting for the return of it.

yea love to hear it after you get the gasket as mine still pops a bit. I have not heard on the vulcan sites anyone really solving the problem totally. It has its faults but dam love the bike. I will post another video also once I get my seat back from Russel Day Long. Have done allot more to bike since this last video. Love the bike it is fun but a brute for sure.
