    Rest easy my fellow citizens. Don't stress yourself out. Instead of mourning his death we should celebrate his life. Instead of thinking about his passing we should reflect on his many accomplishments. Instead of crying you should be smiling. The man had lived a full life.

    It's really unbelievable to believe it that he is really gone. He was our great leader who brought us to America, live the great life. Let go of the things he did. Everybody has flaws. He is the reason why we're here though. Should be thankful. He made the change whether in a good way (in some ppl's eyes) or a negative way (in some ppls eyes). Let's imagine if you didn't come to america. We wouldn't be as educated as of today and some of us wouldn't even get this fat. Plus 1 man can't get a job done by himself. Hmong ppl should combine their power and work together.

    @rEdStArRiSiNg06 I thought I saw a lot of video clips of Hmong community went on protesting. I'm from a state where there is hardly any Hmong so I'm clueless of what is the update, but I really want to help. Have you see Summer Vue's clips? I used to see them like a year ago, cant find her page anymore. She does a lot of those protests...not sure if it was at the UN human rights council, but I think one clips was at the White House..cant remember.

    @rainbowcolorducky I got your point, No it's not a current thing, he's died. Of course there are still that people praise him because they are his followers. Should they bow down to him though they were taken advantage of then that's up to them. I know where you're coming from cause I know of what he had done to the community negatively and positively. He used words to empower the Hmong community, but behind the scene he took advantage of his own loyalists like your father and mind.

    @VangPd Are you serious? That is what my husband always say to me every times I bring this up. Do you know if GVP has ask the President's help? I saw one of his clips and he said he wrote letters to the CIA and they never responded to him. I think he should has tried harder such as hire lawyers or work with others to help those poor Hmong people in the jungle. I think that there have to be other better ways to help them rather then start a war, but I could be wrong.

    @rEdStArRiSiNg06 I know it would be great if everyone just get along with each other and create no more wars. I believe that whatever happened in the past is the past, but we the new generations must learn from the past and create a brighter, more peaceful world. This way there will be no more killing, torture and death.

    @rEdStArRiSiNg06 Why don't you organize and lead us Hmong to protest this to the UN Human rights council? I saw one of GVP's clips where he said he wrote letters to the CIA and they never responded to him. I was wondering "Why didn't you go right over there to protest?" I can't say how hard he try or not try to help the jungle people, but I guess he didn't do much that is why they are still in the jungle being torture and it's so sad.

    @rainbowcolorducky >>>To be honest the only good thing he ever did was sided with the USA instead of the NVP that's the reason why we came to the USA. After the war he ordered Hmongs to stay and fight the Communists, but because Hmongs knew he left to the USA they follow him. When your parents and mines made to the refugee camp they became first priority for immigration due to genocide. To this day I still want to ask him what happen to the money our folks gave him in over 30 years? He ate it.

    He had no choice but to side with the USA because during the French Indochina war against Ho Chi Minh, GVP was under the French command. If GVP didn't side with USA, Tu Bee Lyfong was going to, so YES..., to answer your question I will still be writing this even if GVP didn't side with the USA and you wouldn't respond to me if your mama and papa did what he ordered, that is to stay and not come to USA, OOOOooo someone got served!. Ha....

  • @microbiologist50

    @rEdStArRiSiNg06 I ask myself this question "Why do we have doctors or medications for if there is always going to be killing of other people?" We as humankind is afraid of sickness and death that is why there are doctors and medications available to us so I don't understand why wars can just stop? This is just my thought. I really don't like wars, but yes I do hope that hate or any negative feelings will end with the new generations.

    @rEdStArRiSiNg06 I do believe on the part where you said the Laos government will wipe out the Hmong people in the jungle, but I don't think they need to wait until he is dead. They can do whatever and whenever they want to. I'm not sure how many sons he has, but shoot I haven't heard anything great they have done. I hope they are highly educated with all PhD, but seriously if you know who is the right person to contact to help them, let me know.

    @MrTigerBites ah come on be serious. I live in RI, which there is no Hmong people so I just want to know the fact. I guess some people are against him and some that are not because they have their own reasons to feel the way they do.....those people said without him we Hmong wouldn't be here and have the opportunities we have today. Sometimes, I agree but sometimes it hurts that he didn't go back to get the Hmong in the jungle as promised.

  • @yasumpuss1ey
    @yasumpuss1ey 13 лет назад

    @rainbowcolorducky I see what you're trying to point out, but what's done is done, let's all move forward towards a better life that though our parents were taken advantage we were not, that ruling people with an iron fist is not the best way, but I must say that though there were negatives about him, I can't said he didn't do anything good for Hmong. He lived his life like a dictator, he loved his people, but took advantage of them as well, only the newbies in usa are whom he cannot governed.

  • @InsearchofHmong

    The term "Hmong" is pronounced, "Shimon" in the Hebrew language. Hmong is a Lost Tribe of Israel, descendent of Simeon, one of 12 sons of Jacob, son of Abraham. Originally, Hmong is from Israel, not Mongolia nor China. If you look at it closely, the Jewish s original term for God is, "Yeshua" (Ya-shua) & in our language is, "Yawm Sauj" (Yer-shou). Two syllables, monotone dialect. Please read the Bible to find out more ..
    WE NEED TO COME SEEK OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST & REPENT OUR SINS & BURDENS!
