There are certain tones, or perhaps instruments used, which sound a lot like things I've heard in Galerians. Which might be appropriate as that is a game featuring psychic teenagers in a cyberpunk setting like the Genocyber OVA. The tone set by this piece does convey a sense of mystery which would work very well in that game.

This song sounds straight out of the Zeiram OST! I can clearly picture Zeiram stomping through Tokyo in the middle of the night when I hear this song.
