Coasting through ma man. Amazing! The last kid was relentless, super fast and just wouldn't give up! Well done G. Really playing amazing and incredible backhands that would make the best of them stand up and notice. Cheers, M
Well done 👏. You mentioned about winning mindset during your video and playing this kind of lower ranked tournament to gey some wins in before a challenger. That's a good idea. Research tells us that the more you win the more likely you are to win in an upcoming match. Unfortunately this also applies to losing. But there is a way to create a winning environment without having to keep playing lower level tournaments. It's call wins for success it's a technique in psychology and performance. It's centered around the brain and its love for dopamine. The key is to set really simple goals that you can 100% achieve. However, you much tell you brain that this is a competition. Your brain 🧠 doesn't care were the win comes from as long as it knows it achieved it. Think of what happens went you find a coin on the ground 🤔 your brain lights up and you get a little excited because your brain knows money is a win. This kind of technique can be built into your tennis training program. One of the key side effects of this when developed to a high level is it build resilience to failure. This is important during a match as a player doesn't want to be thinking about what happened only on what is going to happen and where is there next win coming from a return on a serve , a shot down the line and of course thatvwinning point Keep up the good work and love your thinking around getting whstbyou want on tour 😀
hey, man im in Spain rn, Barcelona too, ive been playing monty tour at L'Hospitalet. but how did the tournament organiser get there? does monty be at every single tournament, buck he's in Hospitalet when I play there too. that man got some teleporting powers or something?
@@tennisandlifewithkarthik5834 yeah man I know his name's Ramon, but everyone at my academy just calls him monty, so I thought everyone calls him monty too. btw where u training bro?
@@tennisandlifewithkarthik5834 hey man, you trained at WGTA? I’m training there right now, and I saw one of your videos and I’m like “wait these are the same courts I play in!” Nice coincidence bro
Typically I don't approve of your fun shots and those fake drop shots that you slice deep, but against a more inexperienced player they worked. Every time you did one you ended up getting the point.
this guy just doesnt miss
You're not joking when you said every shot goes in that match - crazy big swings and everything landing in
That backhand looking hella dangerous!!! 🔥 🔥

You keep falling off to your back foot when you hit you need to work on your weight transfer moving forward and not upright
But wait, you dont have an umpire, what if your opponents cheat and call a line as out but it was in?
pretty sure you can ask him to show the mark because they are playing on clay. on hard...well, i think u can't do much
Welcome to tennis my friend

Hey Grisha, what sexy strings are you using in this tournament?
