Adani Ports Net Profit Jumps 76%, Revenue Climbs 19% In Jan-Mar 2024

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone reported a 76% rise in consolidated net profit for the March 2024 quarter. Net profit climbed to ₹2,040 crore in Q4 against ₹1,158 crore in Q4 of FY23. Revenue from operations climbed 19% to ₹6,897 crore in Q4 against ₹5797 crore in Q4 of FY23. The board of Adani Ports recommended a dividend ₹6 (at 300%) per equity share of ₹2 each fully paid-up for the financial year 2023-24, subject to the approval of shareholder at the ensuing AGM. The company sees its cargo haulage rise to 460-480 million tonnes in FY25 and capex rise to ₹10,500-₹11,500 cr from 7,400 cr in FY24.
