They're a minority of coeliacs, though, and my mother, who has coeliac, eats Cheerios quite often without issue. As with any food product, it's a matter of managing risk and understanding how your specific body responds to it, but blanket statements like "Cheerios aren't safe for coeliacs" are misinformed and dangerous, since many of people with it are able to eat them without issue. It's a multi-factorial problem. Some people react to lower concentrations, some people are sensitive to related, non-gluten compounds in oats, and some people have had contaminated boxes. Truly, there are no 100% safe processed products out there, and it's all about managing personal risk. At the end of the day, if a product glutens you, don't try it again. Trust your body!

Of course it's a spectrum but in the past bc cheerios was endorsed by the celiac foundation many ppl misunderstood that for saying it is safe for all with celiac and didn't look into it more. My partner is an extremely sensitive celiac and has not been able to eat cheerios without feeling sick.

Ooh they should give a magic color changing spoon like they used to in “sugar” cereal boxes. Would make the fact it has no sugar be a little less of an insult and suit the name. I really miss those cereal toys. My kids are missing out on fighting over them! There’s one tea brand that still gives a little figurine I think

When you've been keto long enough you lose a lot of your taste for sugar. So lightly sweetened things are enough. Impressed with your ability to be open minded. I've been keto 7 year's and even I don't like some of these.😊

And could you say the flavors after you taste, before you start the new one, just for us with bad memories that can’t remember what you said at the beginning? I wish i liked these. The texture has always been off for me. I've tried liking them more than once. Being newly Diabetic, I'd rather have a small bowl of tall cereal every now and then, then nothing at all.

Cheerios are gluten free by ingredient but not certified gluten free for cross contamination/they don't use gf oats! People with celiac cannot eat oats unless they are certified gluten free because of all the cross contamination in the fields they are grown in.
I have a box of cheerios in my kitchen right now that has GLUTEN FREE on the front and side panel and a celiac disease foundation image on the side. So I feel they are gluten free.
I love sporked but tend to scroll past videos I would otherwise watch, because they’re a little too long (they need to edit out the dead space and time they spend figuring out what they are doing) and poor camera set up. I get the casual set up, that’s fine, but I watch RUclipsrs with WAY better lighting and video/sound quality. Get some cheap mics, and maybe a ring light? it's regular highly overpriced cereal with sugar substitutes similar to splenda. you're being conned. at 5:41 you're more than likely smelling sugar alcohol full of added chemicals banned in other countries. you're better off eating a sugar cereal. i believe there's a huge difference between natural sugar and added sugar offering undiscovered vitamins and minerals found in fruits. i'd recommend try and only buy foods with mostly or all naturally flavored sugar.

I think if they just got a quick editor to add some b roll of the product and maybe some text with the product name it would be great. I dont want it to be extremely produced like a gmm/ mythical kitchen. I like that it just feels like you're sitting with friends trying stuff
You can tell they tried to have a better setting by moving the most recent tests to Justine's house, but it's clear they're trying to do these on no budget whatsoever, maybe as proof of concept and if they do well enough they can have resources allocated like an actual backdrop and maybe an editor to go over it once to clean up the sound. We don't need the highest production values, but it would be nice if mythical gave them ANY resources for these vids.
Forget fruit loops, they lose ALL their flavor into the milk immediately. So after the milk goes down, I’m left chewing flavorless loops. Over rated! Is fruity magic spoon better than Trix, fruity pebbles, Apple Jacks, or captain crunch berries? Because those are the good fruity cereals.

The sweeteners that diabetics and people doing keto can eat are called natural sugars. Monkfruit, allulose, erythritol, stevia etc.
