I think yhe idea behind this scene is that the employee had been with them for 20 years. Adem and Fekrit organize a celebration. Faruk is impressed by them acknowledging him. Faruk is a good boss but this isn't something he even though of. Faruk is begining to think these two are capable of taking more responsibility on and that they are a great team.
