The two juniors were silent sometimes probably out of confusion but Matsuoka and Shimazaki immediately understood what each other was trying to say and even followed up on each other so that the conversation becomes clear to other people too. Friendship goals.

Even Tsugu is not content with voicing just generic MC roles, but he also eager to do villian or anti roles to give himself challenges as a professional voice actor. Also let's not forget Zakki voice the MC of one of the biggest...if not the biggest franchise in the world (FGO)

His standard harem MC roles sound kinda bland whereas he sounds more badass as a villain in animes like Seirei Tsukai Blade Dance, Chivalry of a Failed Knight, Re;Zero, etc. Zakki doesn't have much harem MC roles but he's Shido in Date A Live and season 4 is airing in the fall so he has that going for him.
I also want zakki to get more main roles but there's nothing wrong with supporting roles. In fact I think some iconic/memorable/favorite characters from anime are supporting roles (ex.: Kakashi, dazai). Some of popular characters from him also supporting roles: yuno, yuki, eugeo, mahito, arjuna, etc... And I read some of SAO fans, they're actually prefer eugeo more than kirito, so yeah...maybe because of the seiyuu or just the character. And zakki also already had quite mc in his portofolio. In FGO, Free, date a live, baki, mashiro no oto, 18if, waiting in summer, handa-kun, levius...and maybe there's more but I can't remember. Some projects may not really popular internationally but still successful. The competition in seiyuus world are really tight, so I'm really grateful that he already achieve popularity at this time, still got more projects every year. There are still more seiyuus from his gen. that still struggle until now even just to have supporting role. Okay, I'm rambling...sorry v My point is good if zakki can get more mc in the future but if there are another "supporting" character that can really challenge his potential as voice actor, I hope he takes it.
Really happy he got a role on genshin too! While not the most popular (and losing to the 50/50 while getting kazuha), i like that he got in one of the most popular games recently. FGOs a wild beast at this point. I have an impression of it being having a cult following instead of being widely popular but that cult is so huge (in population size and in whaling LOL)
