How you explain the importance bookends- especially the last impression that the viewers are left with. In a perfect world, our President's #1 concern is serving American citizens, yet it's been all about him. Aging brings it's limitations. At some point you stop driving because you care about the safety of everyone out there.

Giorgia Meloni was visibly upset he was so late. It is very disrespectful to make other world leaders to wait for you unless there is some sort of national security concern.
My MIL use to make these types of "gaffes" when she was in a nursing home. I would roll with and not identify the mistakes and just ignore it. Her health declined rapidly at 81! Biden should step down, he's only going to get worse. Its.inevitable. it's what happens when you age and have these dementia moments.
