In the Etsy title I put "Boat Tote Bag". I received an IP Infringement for a company that trademarked "Boat and Tote". I emailed them to ask how we could resolve this, but haven't heard anything back in 3 days. I didn't think it was close to theirs and was just a description. In your experience, is my title wording too close to that trademark? TIA
I understand that you service is invaluable to businesses that customize their POD items. I wonder if there is any way that you would offer your services for a free trail to new entreprenuers just getting into the business? Not based on a ime period but maybe on a use limitation - the first 10 free - lets say. The reasoning is, I have a customizable POD item available and I very much like your service but I have only sold one in the past month. I am still trying to figure out marketing. Instead of having a 14 day trial (that does no good for me) if you have a per item trial I feel that you would have happier customers and a better conversion of your product. Love what you do!! CM

I made a listing with four phones, I showed the four in the beginning image and provided variation numbers in separate photos. What you're saying is I should use the single variation photo and copy four times instead?
