I can't thank you enough for this video, it helped me alot. I live outside of China(sweden瑞典), but for some reason the qr code for someone to verify me didn't show up. I don't know if this is a bad or a good sign, but I guess it it good because I don't have any chinese friends so I don't have to find 中国人 to verify me. Btw, I practise mandarin in school and I China is a very interesting Counrty, I would love to visit it sometime. Anyways, thank you again for helping me!

In this case, you should never violate anything and then waiting for one or two weeks. If you're lucky the restriction will be removed automatically.

hi, there is "Methods for friending Me" on WeChat. It's the ways how you can be searched on WeChat.
your cases, maybe that user turned off the "WeChat ID" option. Or you just got a wrong ID.
