Grate demonstration of pulse power measuremnt. I guess you can do the same with power sweep and measure PxdB on amplifiers. It is applicable almost to all VNA from all brands if you have direct acess to Refrence receiver/receivers. What you need: you some coupler or splitter, couple solid state switches (fast enought for your application) and external pulse generator.
