In today's video I'm sharing an almost whole home clean & tidy with me after a week of dealing with bad chronic pain. If you don't already know I have scoliosis and had surgery years ago but am now living with the results of chronic pain every day. Every few months I will get hit with an exceptionally hard week of pain and have to let many household tasks fall to the wayside. In today's video I'm tackling a few places in my home that needed a little bit of attention in terms of cleaning, organizing, dusting, vacuuming, laundry, and more! I want to show a real and raw look at what life and a home can look like, especially when you have physical limitations to deal with. I hope this video inspires, motivates, and encourages you.
