How did you keep the special government type after loosing it the first time
@@ManMan-xq8jh custom nations always get the option to switch back to their original government. so he switched to theocracy and since fifth monarchist regime is a theacrocy he had to option to pick it back again.
@@ManMan-xq8jh It was when he formed Manchu, it somehow let him reform back to fifth monarchist regime. No clue about how that interaction worked though.

Does anyone know why divine comedy didn't explode when it hit 100 zeal? It didn't look like it had the required 1000 provinces (at least before Japan)

@@sevensiciliesI tried it on my own with a custom nation and it didn’t work for me and instead the reform to swap back simply did not show up, I’m unsure why this is the case as it seems like quite a strong strategy and I want to try and replicate it.
