@@JinjaJiang you can set your status to offline in the same UI panel to avoid Whispers specifically. I personally only ever Mail compliments and jokes, less they fuck with me first

I still don’t understand how to send tells to people in wvw. I was told you block and then unblock, but that doesn’t work for me. Great roaming!
