Love this trio ❤ Can't even pick a favorite !!! Thanks so much for this visual gift & inspiration !!! Hope to get my work space up and going again after a serious house fire and forced relocation since April 2023. Have been following you for more than 2 years and your work has helped keep my spirits up. Time to keep on rolling!!!
I actually KEEP all the Bottles I use, when I color my hair 🙂 They are perfect, have a nice tip, and plastic and can be cleaned to re-use.
Thank you Clairol! hahaha
I do as well. I have a lot of them!
Great idea
Thank you for your stimulating and beautiful works of art. So mid century.
These prints were amazing, such great colors. I prepared some tissue papers today; and great tip I love is to hang them on those plastic pants hangers with the metal clips, works great and takes up no room and you can move them around easily.
Love the mark making directly on the plate with the squeeze bottle and the first print shows the possibilities best in my opinion. Very interesting as usual and thank you!
Thanks so much! 💖
These are great! Thanks!
Thanks Fulton from your inspiration. I have made 4 pupilversion and I'm so happy. And soon are all my children too - perhaps 😁
Wonderful!
You are mesmerizing to watch! You have created a very welcoming set, including the lovely jazz. Your art is wonderful and inspiring. Okay, now enough watching and off to doing 😊
May the creative forces be with you! 💖
I very much prefer the torn edge collage...somehow, I think that the black tissue paper, while striking, detracts from a piece if it covers up too much of the interesting marks previously made...but the white tissue paper collage melts into it nicely...and the squirt bottle technique effectively portrays your confident artistic talent in markmaking...bravo
thanks for watching! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Wonderful demo. Thanks so much for sharing!!!
Thanks for watching!
Love the second one the aqua makes it sing….thank you Fulton .
You’re right!
Oh my l really enjoyed this. Beautiful work, and well executed l like mono printing l think adding collage is a great idea. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, from a new subscriber .....Alioban
The edges of the torn collage gives a very complex and interesting look. My eyes linger over them more than just a straight hard edge.
You are so right about that! I will, however, hold on to my precious pair of scissors for as long as I can! 💖💖
I could wear that first pull!!! My favorite era of art too!!!
Thanks 😊
I like that you have done something different with mark marking as well as create interesting texture. These prints are stunning.
Knowing your love of thick and thin lines, these squirt bottles come with very thin nozzles. Usually the ends are like thick metal syringe needles, and I'm told they are used in cake-making and paper crafts like quilling.
Hi! I looked up those metal tipped gadgets on Amazon, they are used for applying oil or glue to very precise areas. I would try them, but I don't know if dragging a pointed metal object across the gel plate is a good idea! I'll stick to plastic, it's safer on the plate.
Wow! The technique is quite interesting as well as exciting. Going to pick up a few squirt bottles the next time I go out! Thanks for sharing👍🏽
One of my favorites
Inspiration for my Gelli plate. Blue and green my fave. I find your videos very meditative to watch.
I love these. They somehow remind me of 1950s bark cloth designs. Beautiful work. Thank you for sharing.
They are just getting better and better Fulton, congrats…
Great art work , also great music.
🙏🏻🙏🏻💖💖
The first print is remarkable; I want to try this.
Hello Fulton, I can’t wait to try this new method of distribution of paint via squeeze bottle. Again your color palette was very complementary. All outstanding. The closeups are the second best part of your videos. Thank you very much.🙏🏻❤️💫
thanks for watching! 💖💖🙏🏻🙏🏻
Finally! Thanks for some quality art content! RUclips can be a very sad place for art making. This is excellent. Beautiful work.
Thanks so much!💖🙏
Wow, that first pull was awesome!
Fabulous, hard to find the words. Great squirt bottle double line, amazing iridescent white. Thank you. Sondra Borrie
💖🙏🏻💖
love your technique
Hi i sent you a comment o. How you make your squeeze bottle paint. I found this video today. So no need to reply. Thank you so much for your calmness and kindness. I am becoming the artist that had been so alive within me but I couldnt get it out until I found you and all you wonder videos. Keep pinting on. 😊
Take some regular acrylic and add 3 to 4 tbsp water. Shake well and put it in a squirt bottle
Stunning work. Thankyou. 😊
💖🙏
One of my favorite series of prints so far!
I’ve never seen anything like this before. I work with watercolor This might be calling me. 😁 thank you for the wonderful demo
🙏💖
Oh my gosh, love the first pull ❤
Fabulous prints….shows what a bit of patience and thought can produce…thank you
As always thank you so much for all your beautiful work.
The gold piece is spectacular! I love the idea of using a squeeze / squirt bottle! Thanks for sharing!
thanks so much! 🙏🏻🙏🏻💖💖
very relaxing to watch you play with colors and paint..very cool
I have squeeze bottles like that and I'm going to try the mark-making with them. Pretty sure I'll feel compelled to hand-paint inside those tube-like marks with some bright colors, tho. I can't not do it. Just can't leave it alone. 😂
You should go where the creative force takes you! 💖💖
Thanks for the squeeze bottle tip. That should be useful.
Love that mark making.
Love your videos. Only problem is they are so soothing I get soooo sleepy.😮
That's a good thing! 👍💖
I love this idea. I could see a lot of uses.
I,too, discovered the squeeze bottle and I love the application
good luck and have fun with it
Wow!😮
wow! really lovely and inspiring. Thank you
I absolutely love these prints 💚
Lot of fun to watch!😃
relaxing to watch you work...thanks so much.
Thanks for watching!
I really like this whole process and the results you achieved are stunning. I took my gelli plates out and plan to play this weekend!
Don't know if you have read the book Ninth Street Women, but it is a really excellent biography of the emerging female abstract expressionists...about Lee Krasner, Joan Mitchell, Elaine de Kooning, etc And loved pull two.
Thanks so much!
Great tip
Wow….gorgeous
I learned a lot from your video , Thank you. The 3 paintings came out really great, you have an interesting style.
Thanks so much ! 🙏
great technique! also, a precision tip bottle (amazon sells them) would give very fine lines.
I'm really enjoying your work. Thank you so much for sharing.
Thanks for watching! 🙏💖
Fantastic. As usual.
Thank you! Cheers!
Very successful, those turned out so good!
Thanks so much!
Fantastic!
Wonderful!
Fabulous video ty
Thanks so much! 🙏
"Very cool"!
👏👏👏
Fulton, have you ever heard of an "oiler boiler"? It's like your little plastic bottle but it has a needle tip. You can use it with watered-down paint for very thin lines. It's a very cool little device. Although... watching you use this bottle with paint, those are some rather thin lines now. Hmmmm.
Ha ha! I'm a diabetic and my first thought was Ozempic! 😬
I see blackbirds!
Bonjour,
Hi Fulton, Love your prints and your style. Thank you. Do you have prints made of your prints or do you sell only originals?
all handmade originals!
Beautiful results. I wonder if it would work to offload the brayers onto archival tissue to tear up for future work
great idea! I just have to trim it down since there's very little space on my table
My brayer remnants are better than my prints! 😂
i am watching your videos for a while and i love them. today i am curious: what kind of tissues you used to make the marks?
it is ordinary gift wrap tissue from a discount store
thank you @@artwhisperer88
Thanks!
Kiitos!
thanks so much!
Thanx Fulton. I assumed that it was smooth paper, but I was wrong. Is it the standard 140 lb (300gsm) or the heavy weight paper (600 gsm)
140 lb
What glue, do you use for collages? I like wery much what you do.

Lovely, Fulton. I vant seem to get a decent print off my gel plate. Very frustrating. Anyway, can you tell us if your Blick watercolor paper is hot pressed or cold pressed, and if its 100% coton or not?
Thanks, and continue to amaze us!
it is definitely cold press, and contains sizing to make the paper stiffer
😀👨🎨😀👨🎨
Hey mate! Always glad to hear from you!
@@artwhisperer88really wow thank you 😊m8
Do the mod podge brush marks show up on the rest of the print? Love all of them
Not at all, maybe with a magnifying glass, but pretty much invisible, that's why I love it!
Also, are you using hot press or cold press watercolor paper? If you don’t mind my asking.

@@artwhisperer88 thank you!
Love your pieces today!! Nice job. What size is your plate?
12 in. X 14 in. from dickblick.com
Hi Fulton I have been loving your videos! What is the capacity of that bottle you're using? I have some tiny ones that are a pain to fill, but they do have the needle tips which are great for writing.

I see that the acrylic paint has a glossy sheen and your medium is matte, do you finish the entire piece with the matte medium for consistency?
I'm not using matte medium here, but the Mod Podge is matte. I don't see what you are getting at here. I am satisfied with the overall look. Consistency? Are we nit picking here? 😕
Hello teacher. Always delighted to see your videos. I live in Argentina and I can order a Gelli plate to be brought to me directly from the USA. I'm using the other brand that is only for water-based inks, I don't get them much here. I see a lot of versatility with the Gelli using acrylics. Can you recommend me a measure, the one that I can use the most? Thank you very much!
this is a good size gelpress.com/products/10802-8x10-monoprinting-plate
@@artwhisperer88 thanks!!! ❤️ 🫶
Thanks for sharing this. Did you print on the tissue paper first? Ink or? Why did you choose tissue paper?
The marks on the tissue are hand done. Tissue paper is a traditional technique in printmaking. The fancy name for it is Chine colle.
@@artwhisperer88 thank you
I enjoy your video’s very much, if I could offer you some advice. I would suggest a different sort of microphone or a different placement.
When there is silence all we hear is breathing.
Hi Rhonda! What you hear is my hand brushing against the watercolor paper. Though I am deaf in one ear I monitor my audio. If you'd like to send me a new mike I will welcome it though, preferably Rode or Blue Yeti 😘
Where did you get the archival tissue, please.

What is the weight of Blick watercolor paper?
At some point, would you mind discussing your registration? I’ve been staring down the left side of your table and can’t figure it out. Thanks!

Thank you! I found your videos recently, and hadn’t seen that one yet.
I’ve been intrigued by this form of print making for a while, but didn’t see it as a fine art tool.
Thanks for elevating it!
Why do you say surface is bouncy. Looked stable to me.
bouncy like a baby's behind!
Thank you!
