Great Video! Love your works!!! 🖤🖤🖤 Please can you explain me, the black ink that you use for edges, is the same black ink for use for shading? I ask you cause i'm a little afraid to put on my tongue the black indian ink (I use Winsor & Newton waterproof ink for lining) ??? Thank you for all
@@SoberjoeSe I thought that the black for shading should be different from that for lining, now I will use the same too !!!Thank you so much for reply! ✌️
Hey Joe! Awesome videos man! Do you try to always get a clean black to white fade when shading? Or do you just end it at the point you feel is fine and not sweat it? I can't seem to tell from the video. Thanks man!
Hi! Great question! I’m not worrying to much but always trying not to get it to dark. The coffee stain I’m adding will remove some of it. Hope it helps. Thank you for commenting!
Hi joe I'm trying to lean myself to draw I can draw a nice picture copying and I want to be a tattoo artist in the future hopefully but if I'm learning to draw were should start it's a open world of different things and its confusing how much do i need to know how to draw of my head do i need to k ow everything 🤷♂️
Hi Chris! Thank you for reaching out. Drawing should be fun so I only draw stuff that I love to do. Find an established style you love and study it to see what makes that style unique and try to master it. When it comes to tattooing, you decide if you are going to be the artist that does every style or the artist who does what he loves. Both have their pros and cons. Hope this was helpful.
@@SoberjoeSe thanks joe really helpful I just get worried as I'm getting older and only just started to take my drawing seriously I'm 30 next year and I really want to make a go out of it. For example then if I choose to just go traditional and I mastered that I'd be set to go in some ways to speak thanks for your help
Man! Don't know where your from but 30 aint nothing here in Sweden. We have a an average age of 81 years old which mean you ain't half there yet. Can't be to late to start drawing. Remember. Have fun!
I have a piece of laminated spruce (2/3” thick) that I might try and use this mounting technique to. I hope it turns out well!
Nice, this really gives the piece a finished look. I’ll be trying this on a couple paintings

It may take a while. I leave mine overnight.
