This is a complete playthrough of level 11 -- Land of the Damned -- on Serious Mode difficulty, triggering all the hidden secrets, without saving or dying.
Highlights:
4:33: One of the most fun fights in the entire campaign. Battle through a narrow valley against hundreds of kamikazes, minor biomechs, Kleers, and...kamikazes carrying cannon platforms? The "Jingle Bells" soundtrack gives it that final kick.
9:22: Battle through the village up to the gates.
13:48: Possibly the best one-liner in the game. "Shake, baby, shake...but I ain't gonna Quake." :)
15:23: Large open cavern. Fighting my way past lava golems, Fiendian reptiloids, and Kleers.
20:09: Giant lava cavern. Making my way slowly across to the rock bridge. Lava golems and Fiendian reptiloids galore.
27:18: Uphill battle before the rock bridge.
30:14: Climactic battle on a field of ice. Major and minor biomechs, werebulls, Kleers, Fiendian reptiloids and kamikazes. I was doing really well here until I jumped up and ate a major biomech rocket square in the face.
Notes on the video:
I originally played and recorded these demos back in 2002, just after Serious Sam: The Second Encounter was released, following up on the demos I had recorded of a Serious Mode run-through of First Encounter. In that run I hadn't triggered all the secrets, so in this run-through I triggered all the secrets as well.
The demos were originally uploaded to (and are still hosted on) the Serious Sam community site www.seriouszone.com/ , but I'm now uploading these to RUclips because the original demo files required 1) that you actually have the game to play them, and 2) that you have the out-of-the-box, unpatched version of the game as well. If you had upgraded to the patched version of the game, several of the demos were unplayable past a certain point, so here you can see the levels played from start to finish as I originally recorded them.
Since the game has been remade in HD, almost no one plays the original Classic version of the game anymore, but I wanted these not to be lost to time.

One of most beautiful level designs in computer games ever IMHO. The Diablo inspired atmosphere is awesome, great music. Not that many gamers expierenced this because Serious Sam Second Encounter was not that popular game and it is also pretty late in single player storyline.
Also the engine optimizations is fantastic. If I understand this whole level is one single map. I played back then on AMD Duron K7 700MHz 192MB SDRAM and 64MB GeForce2 MX400
