And when they can't kill birds they eat rubbish
To many of them and it's a problem

Lol! Such arrogant sneaky bastards! Funny to see two different kinds of sneaky clever animals in a stand-off. The magpies clearly have big faith in their own physical abilities to toy with a fox who is quick on his(her)feet as well. Magpies dont seem to have many enemies eventhough everyone is food for something every once in a while.

This video shows nothing. I don't get it. That fox had no interest in eating or chasing the birds. The birds don't seem threatened or even aware of the fox. They know they can fly away in a snap. The birds are so confident they're ignoring the fox as anything but just a shape in the way. They aren't 'taunting' him whatsoever.

I've seen magpies do this with cats as well - my cat in particular in the past. Foxes, like cats, are stealth predators; if the magpies face up to them, especially in a pair, then the fox/cat can't sneak up on them and this seems to stop any potential attack. Usually when magpies are doing this it's because they have a nest nearby and are distracting the predator's attention.
When I watched this with my cat I at first assumed that they were playing and even maybe that they were bonding in some way. But I was wrong. When the magpies' fledglings eventually left the nest, my cat killed them, all of them, within a few minutes of each other. I actually felt a bit sorry for the magpies.

Your magpie is not true magpie. It's a passerine bird. The Australian magpie is only called magpie because its black and white.
Magpie in the strictest sense refers to those in the genus Pica.
