Yup, specially the "if there was nothing to fight or protect" which she has been doing the whole series, protecting Jinx, Cait, Isha or Vander. Even her other siblings... She is always trying to protect her loved ones. Especially the "it's my fault I'm here all alone" is a direct reference to the line that Vi says, "It's my fault again, I choose wrong everytime"... It's like she is asking Cait to not let her go and be there for her.

So basically Cait did for Vi what Vi tried to do for Jinx. The difference is that Vi did not push her away.
