You know King Iames claimed his translation was from the original Hebrew and Greek, which was complete b.s.
KJV is 100% from the Vulgate. Sir Francis Bacon the editor of the KJV knew neither Hebrew or Greek.

He knows the Greek, only problem the Ma'aseyah and His disciples spoke spoke Hebrew.
A fact that many may not know is that the people in that area during the time of Christ spoke Aramaic, not Hebrew. Jesus spoke Aramaic. Aramaic was the Lingua Franca of that era and area. Hebrew was by then no longer a daily spoken tongue. Hebrew at that time was only used for liturgical and historical purposes.
