ShartimusPrime Biography:
Inspired by watching boring Transformers action figure reviews, the ShartimusPrime youtube channel was launched in 2008. Engaging the audience with an edgy sense of humor for adult collectors, action figure collecting has never been this fun, and videos are posted daily! Unexpectedly, the channel became more popular for Marvel Legends reviews and Spider-Man, Avengers, and X-Men collection display videos. After a few years, the channel has branched out to review other figure properties aside from Marvel Legends and G1 Transformers Masterpiece. Hot Toys, Star Wars, Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Dragon Ball Z, Attack on Titan, Godzilla, Evil Dead, and The Walking Dead toy lines have all been added to the roster of nearly 2,000 video reviews. Japanese import figures from SH Figuarts, Bandai, Figma, Square Enix, and Medicom MAFEX have been favorites as well. More recently, Kotobukiya Statues (including the very sexy Bishoujo line) and NECA Toys have become more prevalent on the channel. Being a big fan of movies such as Spider-Man, Batman, X-Men, Iron Man, Captain America, The Avengers, Evil Dead, Pacific Rim, Aliens, and other films has lead the channel in the direction of also reviewing movies, movie trailers, blu ray releases, and tv shows. News updates for 2016 releases and beyond are also posted. Audience engagement is a big part of this channel, with giveaways and fan mail being read publicly once a week in the PO Box Pick-Up videos. Impressive “Shart-Art” is shared via social media and included in the opening theme song. The audience is also kept up to date with any changes to the channel, along with recent comic book pick-ups, unboxings, and action figure hauls. Stop-motion segments punishing the popular meme of the Big Time Let Down Spider-Man close most of the comparison segments, and are compiled together for guaranteed access to patrons. Lastly, all figure reviews close with a slideshow featuring dynamic poses of the figure inspired by ACBA, with the added bonus of music performed and recorded by ShartimusPrime himself.

I'd suggest Brickseek. It's how I found my Casey/Raph set. There's also some collectors groups on Facebook that are willing to sell or trade.

i guess there's no ethical concerns about getting these figures from neca in exchange for a good review when your subscribers will never see them on shelves.

The turtles are usually shorter than humans. There's plenty of photos of the turtles with April & you can see the height difference. In the 1987 cartoon the turtles are really short & I think the same goes for early mirage comics. The biggest difference were the 2014 & 2016 movies.

No Wal-Marts in NYC so I overpaid a bit, but I love this set! Don't care that I overpaid cause it being sold out on the site was bugging me and even if it was safe to hunt, I'd rather just think of it as it Uber/MTA/NJ bus cash if I wanted to go to New Jersey to hunt or something. It cost like 14 bucks for one way to NJ so yeah.

on a side note, anyone thinks this disguise would work, I mean if I saw a guy walking down the street in a trench coat and hat trying to cover a green face with scales and 3 fingered hands, it'd work in the way that I would pretend not to have seen nothing and think I was imagining it and continue my way

I really don't get it I just checked walmart.com and this has a 1.3 out of 5? with multiple 1 star reveiws saying this was a huge disapointment I don't understand why and im worried because of that walmart won't stock it as much making it harder to get.
The hole at the back of the hat is for the detachable bandana.
Juke Jopat holds the hat on better when you plug the bandanna through the hat

I mean it's nice and all that this Raph exists but they could have just put a coat/hat in a Casey Jones solo set. I'm bummed out that they did a two pack like this if you just wanted Casey(maybe cost wise Raph is more a cherry on top) . I'm more bummed out with how horribly NECA handled the preorders. We'll see in the next month but I honestly believe a lot of people will not be able to purchase this item from Walmart and it will be like a few other figures that got a much more limited release and devoured by scalpers.

All my collecting friends are going ape-shit over these NECA TMNT figures. Not an hour ago from me posting this, I watched a friend almost break his figure, just trying to simply move an arm. WTF? if these were Marvel Legends, you would all be bitching up a storm. NECA figures look great but they're crap.
