GG… I want to say one thing… while that motor is out and not in yet… check those gaskets, temperature sensor, and may as well have your mechanic or you change that water pump since it’s so hard to do them… do all the maintenance you can do with the motor not in the car yet.
I swapped my solenoids out with a 2018 year and my g is a 13. It will work I’m not sure who told you it wouldn’t😭 you don’t want potentially damaged solenoids in your new Vr transmission
Gone need a retune , gotta go get that mug dyno tuned , this real good experience make sure you lubricate everything back and don’t run anything dry prime everything just in case
@@K3.7you can get it remote tuned again but I’m sure you know you need that dyna for the transmission tune part, I’m surprised you don’t need another custom drive shaft maybe because it’s a 4D but good luck can’t wait to see the next vid

i did a vr30 swap and basically I took out my 3.7 trans and put the vr30 on didn't touch the tcm or sols I'm guessing I gotta get the car programmed right?

You really need a good tool set up and a couple of swivels. Then work on power tools and then get you a engine hoist so you can pull it

Nah I think you can run it like that but it a just shift early unless you in manual
@@K3.7 yeh shift quick and early but can’t go fast fr/ think after 4 gear shi don’t accelerate
