When I was young I somehow got confused and thought that Toby Maguire and Elijah Woods were the same person aka I thought that Spiderman and Frodo were the same guy haha. I think mainly because you could say they they have a vaguely similar look (to a little kid) haha but mainly because they were some of my favorite characters haha. So you connect them with their awesome filmography plus Woods has a part in Back to the Future! Connect them and I think "Elijah Maguire" is in contention for first place on this list!!! hahaha😂
One non-Star Wars Carrie Fisher property overlooked that definitely fit in with the sci-fi/fantasy/horror bubble would've been The 'Burbs (1989). It's just a delightful horror comedy with the likes of Tom Hanks, Bruce Dern, Corey Feldman and Henry Gibson as a delightfully creepy antag.
Can't say I agree with this, but it's not that bad and they're all good actors. I'll have to go back and watch the whole series so that I can remember who all went where, but I don't remember seeing him on my first watch so I'll ask if he's there did Jackie Chan make this top 50
Thanks for the comment. I love Jackie Chan's content, but I've never put him is the science fiction or fantasy category (and certainly not horror), more the action movie/martial arts category, leaning strongly into comedy. So he doesn't have a place on my list - but he doesn't NEED my list. He's practically a list unto himself!
@FantasyfortheAges I would say enough of his action movies have fantasy or sci-fi elements that he belongs in this list though probably not particularly high

Elijah Maguire. Love it! And I can see the confusion, the similarity is there.
@ my uncle is the one that set me straight… he laughed and laughed at me 😂

Wow. The 'Burbs. That's a film I haven't thought of in a long time. Good shoutout!
