Crosswinds Tagaytay is modelled after Switzerland with its houses and 20,000 pine trees planted which were imported from the said country. The climate is a lot, lot better than Metro Manila with the highest heat index at 32°C only and as the night sets in, it goes down to 24-25°C. In December up to February, temperature can go down to as low as 17-18°C. Its high elevation of 1,902 feet or 634 meters above sea level accounts for its cooler climate.

@@BecomingFilipino been married to a Caviteño for 24 yrs but have never explored his hometown before. We moved to the US right after we got married! We are excited for this next chapter of our retirement in a few short years, and hopefully build something in a piece of farmland my husband inherited in Maragondon! Hope to run into you and Therene then! We can stroll around town and even the barrios but of coursde during cooler weather LOL
Thanx so much Kulas and Therine , we went to Tagaytay when we went there last September 2023, but we didn’t get the chance to see that area it seems we are strangers in our country, imagine 45 years in Canada , no regret at all ;but because of our friends there glad to see some areas ❤❤❤ENJOY GUYS🙏🏽
those chocolate covered coffee beans look good. I once unintentionally ate a whole bag of chocolate covered kona coffee espresso beans. i forgot about the caffeine and i was wired for several hours.😄
Another amazing video showing the Beauty of Cavite Province, especially Tagaytay seeing Taal Lake / Volcano. Kulas, in Filipino, you can call her also "Aling or Manang" Baby prefix with Nickname. For guys, use "Mang or Manong" as a prefix.
Regarding Baby names, in Cebu and Cebuano roots families, if the eldest is male, the nickname is Dodong, if female it is Inday. Then the 3rd son or daughter is called Tata and the 4th child is called Baby whether male or female.
is that like 126 degrees Fahrenheit?? I thought it was a cooler area there. Crossing bridge. "that's kinda creepy." translates to, I'm not looking down!! Really super nice video! That little town is expensive and then some!! Even that fish market was comparable to US prices.
You can even see Manila on the top of Cavite. And on the park there are lots of pine trees 🌲🌲🌲 Like in Bukidnon ang Baguio. It is sort of like high ridge in Cagayan De Oro in Upper Macasandig. And in Eco Village in Malasag in Cagayan De Oro. And they even had cakes on the eatery 🎂🍰 And they even serve salad on the eatery 🥗 And it is really dry due to extreme El Nino they say it is due to climate change. And there are lots of coconut trees 🌴🌴🌴🥥🥥🥥 And they even had a hanging bridge with a glass on the middle. And the glass is thick and in China they even had a hanging bridge that cracks like it is a prank crack. And you went on the pool with Therine 🏊 And they widened the road and most of the trees were cut 🌳🌳🪵🪵➡🪓 And you bought some mangoes and some of the mangoes have a little bit of green 🥭🥭🥭🟢🟢🟢
Nice! A refreshing trip to go through and watch on. I am from Dasmarinas, Cavite and I frequently visiting Alfonso but I didn't know that there's a chocolate factory somewhere there. By the way what's the name of the factory again, if you don't mind?
TAGAYTAY & Vicinity = 1st time to see the places you visited today, Kulas & Therine. 💖 💖 Definite Baguio vibes. Never been to Cavite. Thank you for the tour and for showing us the beautiful off roads!! 🚘

Pronunciation of Lausanne is Lozan
So, the whole place is modelled after Switzerland: Montreux, Lausanne, ... 😂
😮 14:43 heat index 52C 😮
Therine, I like your SUV color. My first car 🚗 was the same color.
Kulas, that is a nice road trip. Enjoy.
It almost doesn't look like the Phillipinnes. It could be the foothills in the US or Canada❤
finally a vlog in my home city. team Kelowna present
Go team Kelowna!
Hi Kulas,
It's 3 - 1 now, but you have to watch it! Belen and Patrick from Vancouver! Go nux!!!
OH MAN I SAW THE CLIPS OF THE THIRD AND OVERTIME!!!!!
14:46 ☀️🔥 52 degrees celsius is 125.6 degrees fahrenheit!! Omg, guys!! That's Arizona or Nevada or Mojave Desert summer temp!! I'd MELT -- seriously. 🥵 ... Keep hydrating, KuRine!! 🥤🧉🧋
no, its the heat index 52 not the temp, but it still hot.

"Salamat, baby." 🤣
For real though, I think she's probably called more like "Tita Baby" or something. 😅
I thought you went to Tagaytay highlands but it was Crosswinds. I remember tagaytay highlands is private but Crosswinds is now open for public.
I had no clue where we were going to end up... But Therine really wanted me to see the place haha
@@BecomingFilipino Tagaytay highlands is a favorite location for weddings of celebrities. I thought you're looking for a wedding venue.
Tagaytay Highlands is exclusively for members only. To get in you need to have a sponsor who is a member
My mom's nickname is Baby and she's 85yo. She never gets old because she's always a baby 😄

Go CANUCKS! how about that last game? Heart stopper!!!

Nice mangoes.
Nice! A refreshing trip to go through and watch on. I am from Dasmarinas, Cavite and I frequently visiting Alfonso but I didn't know that there's a chocolate factory somewhere there. By the way what's the name of the factory again, if you don't mind?
There's a place in California called Solvang which the Crosswinds seems to be a copy of. It's a Danish theme, not Swiss.
Sonia's garden is famous restaurant in tgaytay❤
Oilers and Canucks are both one win away from advancing to the second round. Let's go Oilers 🏒🏆
hapit na!
It's official now Kulas , vs Canucks vs Oilers 🏒🏆🤩
Wow Crosswinds what a beauty❣
Really feeling a little bit of Camp John Hay Baguio there… of course different kaayo… but instant vibes haha

I recommend eating at Chicks ni Otits, restaurant own by Wilma Decent.
It kinda of looks like Baguio, but only with less people and buildings. Nice

We used to manually make tablea...those were the days. Soon, 'I'm gonna make it again since my Mama's cacaos' are now bearing fruits.
Oilers!
Wonder how that goes for Kulas.. now he has a Philippino passport does he still have to pay a puti price for tourist traps?
I can see why Tagaytay is so popular. It's a beautiful place.
It looks like Boston is going to spank Toronto worse then last year
Mayng udto kulas...
The funny side of being in the Philippines is that if you live there you will definitely get a nickname. 😊
Just remember to say “Auntie Baby” or “Nanay Baby” haha
Lol yeah because it is much easy for people to remember you when you have a nickname. Like in your case they can call you Lily Kana😅!
52* is too much
If "baby" kinda creeps you, wait til you meet someone named "Love" 😂😂😅
hahahhaa
Hideous place. Overconcreted. Peoples juste come to eat. Nothing to do.
kulas it's filipino is life?
