I love how excited u r in showing off ur collection. And u r dead right, collect what makes u happy and organise the way u enjoy the most, there is no wrong way of doing it! I collect Gastlys, Haunters and Gengars, keep them sleeved and on my binder, and currently trying to keep it in the order they were released.
It's great to see someone else's collection who started with pocket like I did! I've gravitated to doing master sets mainly because I liked having an order to put my cards in and I love seeing my binder slowly fill up and getting excited for common cards I'm missing! I would recommended looking into Japanese cards too, they tend to be better quality and cheaper, and in my opinion look sooo much better than English cards. I look forward to seeing how your collections keep growing!

@Evans_Pokestop same here. I am a beginner too and I appreciate all the cards, even the bulk cards. Why? There is a lot of work to design the art for the cards. I’m playing pocket all the time too.

Thank you! I do invest in some Booster Boxes and singles cards, but only at a very small scale. Everyone should get a chance to buy cards from every set! My channel will mostly focus on the collecting side of the hobby. ✌
I also started collecting a couple of months ago and have really come to appreciate some of artwork of the more modern cards. Some of the cards feel like little pieces of art that I could frame and hang up on my wall.
Very wholesome. I got carried away with the hype back in 2020, buying and opening whole booster boxes for the fantasy of wanting to do that as a kid. Got done with it and decided I'd rather just take trips every now and then to card shops and just buy singles that I like the art of. Maybe one day I'll come back and try to finally complete an older set, but it won't be from opening packs, and it'll just be at as affordable prices for ok condition unlimited cards, so I can enjoy handling and organising them. But for now, I'm just trying to be financially responsible and enjoy the stuff I already have, like old Steam games.
Not enough videos like this.....well maybe there are but this is the first I came across :D Enjoy your take on it all. I appreciate all the little cards too. It's not just about illustration rares and stuff!

I would start off with Crown Zenith, the hit rates in that set is crazy.
@@Hice_TWas that the one with the V star sets?🤔
I'd probably put it on list tnx for the idea
I'm starting my collection with Shrouded Fable. It seems like a lot of people don't like it, but that also means that the ETBs are cheaper.
@@ShellhouseCollects I think I second this. It will definitely be cheaper, and I think eventually it will turn into a set that people will generally be fond of.
