Jordii 98th Dude Intro & Insanity is a tough track. Especially because of Flesh. He really stole the show on that song. Very classic Flesh N Bone-style hook, odd rhyme pattern with a lot of words packed into it, plus his delivery in the verse he laid down, and all over that beat was sick. Poetic Hustla’z did their thing on that song too, especially Boogie Nikke. But Flesh owned that track.

This song has a sort of confusing history. The album version of the song doesn’t have Krayzie’s verse. The regular music video doesn’t have Flesh’s verse but instead has Krayzie’s verse where Flesh’s verse goes. So the extended version has both of them. And then there a remix with a different beat (that’s not as good in my opinion) and I think they used one of the bridges Krayzie has at the end. The heavy set dude doing the hook is Big B. He was affiliated with Bizzy Bone. RIP to Big B, he passed away a few years back.
Dope song though. The thing about the kids was that Bone was turned them all into kids again. When you mentioned the kids in the army suits, that was after Krayzie saw them harassing that guy and put his hand on them and turned them into children. In Flesh’s verse it wasn’t just like a sick girl, it was an elderly woman who was turned into a girl again. Great message to this song. Although Layzie’s verse is my favorite overall, I think Wish’s is my favorite lyrically. Because I read The Stand by Stephen King, it was very long and epic and I was sort of depressed that I finished it. A character from the story had a sort of ending monologue, and some of the stuff Wish says in his verse reminds me of it very strongly, so that’s why I appreciate his lyrics in this song the way I do.

You'll notice that everyone Bone touches turns back to children. And the old woman basically on her death bed during Flesh's verse turns into a younger girl and healthy. Turning everyone to kids could mean two things. One is they bring them back to a time when they were innocent. And the other could mean bringing them back in time to where they could make better life choices and help change the world. At least that's what I get out of it. This was from their album BTNHResurrection (you reacted to Battlezone, Show 'Em, and Resurection (Paper, Paper) off this album). Flesh is on the song because he was there when they recorded the album. But he's not in the video because he was incarcerated at the time they filmed it.

Well, when it comes to the Video, since you mentioned the look, production value being on point, there’s a pretty simple and now, unfortunate reason for this.
This was back in the day the labels managed a fairly sizable artist roster, where to get radio/commercial play, you needed to be signed to a label. Rather than today where there’s 1500 “artist” out AT THE SAME TIME who have music out drowning each other out. This was also at a time where the internet was just starting to influx into people homes.
Side note; I DO work in the music video world so I’d like to think that I have SOME knowledge about this topic, ha.
That being said, what I was getting at was this is when labels gave some sort of fucks and actually invested money into their artists and their music videos. So the budget for this bitch was probably a few hundred thousand. Not some 10-30k now and days. And speaking of the production value, the whole world going wild with chaos, was all shot on set at Universal Studios. Those sets are already prebuilt, so that helps, but they did have all the other shit built for the video and fire and whatnot. Ahhhh, the beauty of having a big fucking budget for a music video. Lol
But yea, beside the obvious VFX shots, the only other stuff that was shot on green screen is the Opening shots that’s have the city in the distance, and the low angle shots of them in their Shepard outfits. It’s rare for music videos to have shit like this anymore. I do miss it.
