Building a stronger core and midline is not all about ab exercises that include thousands of crunch variations. While this exercise is not about giving you a six pack, it is about building a strong, stable system around your spine to protect it.
Anti-rotational exercises such as The Deadbug and Paloff Press do just that. Your prescription: 3 Sets x 6-8 reps/side.
Bang on 👌🏻👌🏻 this is exactly what I was looking for 🔥🔥🔥
Thanks so much for this video. I'm working with a kinesiologist to build my core and back strength up and this is a great tutorial for progressive dead bug exercises to keep building on what we're working on.
Thanks.I will follow your Exercises.
Love the progressions.
Could you tell me how you make the audio so good?
Attention on not imprinti g your back on the ground, you're leaving the safe space a neutral spine. And while pulling the elastic down you have to take care of good upper body posture meaning shoulders down and away from the ears. Good exercise otherwise.
Nice!
Excellent
My back hurts when I do this?!
What is the name of the "core band" she was using?
Grey Cook Band
Good stuff...Professional, thorough and well articulated...Thanks
Question. Is the goal to do all 4 progressions in a session or as you advance to leave the others behind? Secondly, you call for 6-8 reps. How many sets are you trying to do? Thanks
OMG this chick looks just like me!!! Creepy! Haha
Seriously
terrible demo he is talking too much too fast even she got confused
no breathing technique... no good... i am pretty sure the chick was having stiff back after
too much useless talking just for a simple exercice
