Hi Patric, I got an ink pen stain on a leather purse. What should I do to remove it? By the way, we visited your lovely store on Sunday with my SIL, we were visiting her from California, sorry about the leak..... we bought a few things (that we could take with us on the plane and are loving the rechargeable lighter and I used House Love when my pooch had an accident on the carpet while we were away) I do love your ideas and have been implementng them for almost three years now, our clothes have never smelled better or been as clean! Thank YOU!!!
How should we launder "dry clean only"?
My washcloths in particular never ever look clean after washing. They seem to have lint and dirt and hairs on them. I can’t figure out if it’s my machine (old cheap agitator) or if maybe as you say in the video I’m using too much detergent…
I had a some kind of a blend of a blouse and it said dry, clean only and I always did that. It was dingy and I thought this is horrible. I heard they use those cleaning agents at the dry cleaners over and over. But anyway, I washed it and it was so nice and white and pretty like when I bought it. And it did not shrink or anything. It was perfect. That’s a whole lot cheaper doing that than dry cleaning.
If you have to much detergent on your clothes, on my black or dark clothes I have a white film on the clothes how do you get it out ?

Sharpie gel specifically.
ive tried to stick to less detergent (in my case soap flakes) in the past but there's always still a lingering BO smell in the armpits. sticking with the recommended dosage is the only way they smell clean. any tips?
We use Biokleen Sport wash liquid for BO and gym clothes... Patric may have a better solution...
