I always had the feeling Hayden's suit was supposed to be his infection fully completed. The design of his suit matches his arm too perfectly. They must have cut out Hayden getting fully infected for budgetary reasons or something?
Dark Sector was originally supposed to be very similar to warframe. The "Proto-Liset" used up until the update which gave us the more Organic looking Liset, was the one that was originally supposed to be from Dark Sector.
That pretty much was the case originally the infection was suppose to be what turns him into a warframe, a techno organic creature, but if you saw the behind to scene for it they had to cut and re change the story so instead of an infection he gets power suit armor
It probably won't. I think DE said that only bits and pieces from Dark Sector made the transfer over to the Warframe universe, but I'd be happy if I was wrong!

At least this one can become invisible, create force fields, throw the glaive 4x harder and control it's trajectory, absorb elements, he's the full package
