    Healing into Love
Jack offers a reflection from the late Stephen Levine around the possibility of healing through the practices of the heart.
“Yes, we are practicing meditation to reduce stress and become calm and focused. More than that though, we are going to be confronted in our lives with unexpected changes and with difficulty. As the Buddha said, there is suffering in the human incarnation.” - Jack Kornfield
    Love & Impermanence (15:45)
How do you respond to change in your life? Jack shares wisdom from the Buddhist tradition around meeting impermanence with an open heart.
“All things arise and pass away. That is what it means to have a human incarnation. Nothing is fixed. Can you relax and become the loving awareness that knows this?” - Jack Kornfield
Saying Goodbye is Saying Hello (22:45)
Mark Coleman reflects on the mystery of time and how our experience in a place touches us. He and Jack share a chant that reflects on the truth of impermanence and the fruits of living in harmony with this truth. They look at the way that going through loss and change serves as a catalyst for new beginnings.
“What is your relationship to the beggining and ending of things?” - Mark Coleman
    More Than This (41:15)
Jack speaks about working with past life regressions and the possibility of there being more beyond this life.

Why are some Christians fearful of these teachings? “Sometimes things fall apart so things can fall together.” Sounds familiar to death and resurrection. Take what you need and leave the rest to God, the divine. If we say “it’s both/ and” in Catholicism, what are we afraid of? Keep your Traditions and expand your heart. Hold it close to your bones, and then let it go and let God. A little bit of God goes a long, long way; this is certainly true.
