Thanks for the review. I have the very same scooter which I received near a month ago. I have a few issues, though. The folding and locking mechanism is super tight, but the biggest issue is with the braking. The front has some sort of electric breaking at the motor, but it grabs very quickly and hard. The first time I rode the scooter and hit the brakes, I almost went airborne over the bars. After numerous emails back and forth with customer service, they mentioned that it was an issue and recommended getting the MAX. But after using more often, one learns to prepare for quick stops by leaning back on the rear foot and putting forward force to the bars, and talking about the bars, I wish they were wider which would afford better control. Other than that, it is a decent scooter for the money.
There isn't a specific name for the Macwheel MX Pro battery. It's typically referred to by its voltage and capacity, such as a 36V battery or a 10Ah battery. If you're looking for a replacement battery, you can search online using these specifications or the model number of the scooter.
Bought the mx1 and the mx pro. Great scooters BUT the battery goes in a little over 1 year of use. Then you have a useless scooter that Macwheel does not sell replacement parts for. Hard to believe? Try searching the web for a replacement part such as a battery. I’m spreading this word as it was quite disappointing for me.
Is there a reason why it was removed from Amazon? Like the entire company? I just bought 2 at a discount yesterday also -- do you know how long shipping times are usually from once you place the orders?
I think the company went through a rebranding and had to change the name from machweel to just mx pro. Mine came in three days ! I absolutely love this damn thing

I’m wondering what the real world lifespan of these MX Pro’s are.
Since I purchased mine it's been holding up very well . I have tightened the neck a few times just to make sure it's completely tight but that's a about it. I got stuck in the rain one day during a down pour and I still managed to get home quickly in the down pour.. I wouldn't recommend doing that a lot but nothing bad happened after using it in the rain. But other than that I use it to get to the gym every day and the longer I have had it the more I like it
do you have a complete manual which missing as I can change the kick to auto trottle by pushing the power 5 times push 3 for kph to mph as push 2 for light push 7 times to disable the cruise control but how about 4 or 6 or 8 times to push what is it for ?

The speed was actually just as nice as going downhill but the steeper the hill the slower you go...on steep hills I always give an extra kick or two to give the scooter a break
@@CButler I think scooter company can moitor us caused I bought e scooter called macwheel pro it list as 15.5 mph 25 miles range but when i tried it I'm surprised as it run 25 mph and using it 4 times 7 miles and others around 4 miles but when i use today it adjust the 25mph back to 15 mph its too weird maybe the company adjust it as it can control with app.

How much balance control do you have to have to be able to ride it?
I would say you could learn how to ride it in 10 minutes , it's very easy to use I think almost anyone could learn
