The older one is “nicer to look at” because the colors harmonize better, but the new one has much more direction in terms of stylization and technique. Both are great either way though.

May I suggest though for future videos, could you please have one section (preferably the majority of the screen) a 100% (default) zoom, and a smaller section like how it is in this video? It just goes so fast and when you’re constantly zooming in and out it’s almost like a strobe light it was difficult to watch for some parts :(

I literally pulled out my sketchbook and got to work as I watched the video! One of my biggest inspirations is hosting a dtiys challenge? Of course I’ll participate!
I love the shading of the new one, it has a lot more depth and it's more crisp but I hate to say it, the hands are huge in the new one and the lips look kinda weird. I get that it's an exaggeration that's supposed to give the picture some personality but the face in the old picture is more pleasing to look at
