@@sevourn I go to a small, independent gym where we focus on NoGi and Gi. I have no affiliation with Gracie jiujitsu and we don’t require any bowing..

Very lucky to have a team that supports each other like that I can only imagine how motivating that would be. I train at gym where the technical level is very good but unless you are a high-level competitor you are pretty much a lone wolf.

From what I've seen, PSF combines wrestling intensity and jiujitsu technique with a focus on intensity because most BJJ guys are lazy and have no cardio.
