Thanks for the rout, I'll be doing it soon. Last week I followed the National Cycle Rout 21 from Greenwich to Eastbourne (98 miles) with an overnight stop in
East Grinstead. I think a GPX is available, I don't know if the Sustrans OS partnership do a NCN overlay. I followed the 21 signs/stickers (as recommended by Sustrans
which proved to be quite a challenge! P.S I like the music
