My local Sams stopped carrying grass fed ground beef. Used to get it all the time. Been out for 2 months.

The Emeril air fryer is great. It is now my most used appliance. I replaced my plastic air fryer with that and am very happy with the results.

Sam's carries a great bottle of artichoke hearts in a water brine versus Costco's which are in oil, so Sam's has the better product

Bobby, those eggs are NO PASTURE RAISED !!! They don't look it, they don't taste like it and Sam's has a ton of comments on their site about how these are not pasture raised. On a lighter note, thanks for finally hitting Sam's !!

@@stancexpunks, USDA "pasture raised" rules won't guarantee a bird that has access to fresh grass and bugs. I also found Sams' pasture raised eggs to not be as good as the more expensive, small company brands at my HEB.

I don't think they are truly pasture raised, barely the USDA requirements, either. It's too good of a price to be true. My HEB, small producer brand pasture eggs seem the real deal.
LOCATELLI PECORINO ROMANO is the best pecorino Romano . I only buy the locatelli brand, growing up Italian , it’s the only brand my family has eaten for generations. Being sheep milk it’s the only dairy I can eat that does not make me sick.

I was taking a lot of collagen and have cut way down due to concern with the heavy metal content. Many brands of collagen have lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury.

Air fryer alert!! We purchased that model and ALL the supposed stabiles steel accessories are rusting…. We thought it was just the basket but no… now with some use, and YES we take care of it….they are rusting. So buyer beware.

Why not just use a regular toaster oven? I've owned my toaster oven for 10 years and I've never had a problem with it rusting. Got it for $50 and it does everything an air fryer can do. It even has a convection feature so it does cook things quite fast.
@@milesfann33 I've had a Cuisinart convection toaster oven for about 10 years. It's been a great workhorse. I recently purchased a square mesh air fryer basket that I set on the broiler pan. I call it my fake air fryer 🙂. One of my favorite uses is to heat up the pork rinds I buy at Sam's. 2-3 minutes in there is a game changer!

About 6 months ago I finally got a Costco membership again...I have a Sam's very close to me so it is more convenient in respect to travel but their selection of healthy items is minuscule. So I drive a little further for the awesome option at Costco these days but now I really miss the scan and go, pick up and delivery at Sam's 😂 Hey Costco! Please get with the tech of the day!! Thats honestly the only real reason Sam's is still in competition with you at this point. P.S. Thanks Bobby, you and the fam are awesome!😉

As another person posted, be careful of the “wonderful” brand as they are one of the largest users of the toxic pesticide paroquet. I did not know this and just looked it up because of what another commenter said, and it is absolutely true. Would hate for you to harm yourself unknowingly after all those treatments. I wish you the best in your health journey.

There are some really cool items now at Sam’s!
Brazil nuts are a wonderful source of selenium but you can overdo, selenium toxicity. I was told max 4-5 nuts per day.
True. 2 Brazil nuts is the daily recommended amt for a healthy thyroid & immune sys boost but don't eat more than 5 to avoid toxicity. To be safe I don't consume more than 3 a day.

2-3 a day is safe unless your dr tells you otherwise. People think overdoing recommended daily allowance is better, but it’s not and can have adverse effects… even for selenium

The coconut rolls are FANTASTIC! Here is the problem...for people who get oxalate kidney stones they are a no-go. They have sesame seeds. Most of the 'healthy' foods/recipes are high in oxalates. People are getting illness symptoms and attributing them to something besides oxalate toxicity because of healthy eating (nuts and nut flours, dark leafy greens, certain beans and veggies, etc) I would LOVE it if you could have some alternate ingredients for your recipes for those who cant load up on oxalates. I wish there were more snacks that were organic, low sugar, and low oxalate!

@@gracie3174 I found coco rolls from sun tropics at Publix that are good and don't have sesame seeds in the espresso flavor and salted caramel flavor. The caramel has sugar (not a lot)...check them out!
I drive an hour away to Sams to get those eggs. We love them, they are orange and so creamy. But they go fast, so stock up when we get them, but we go through about 2 packages a week.

Each club had their pros and cons. I am lucky to have both Sam's and Costco near me but like you said some people like my sister who lives in Yuma Arizona only has a Sam's. Keep up the good work incorporating both Club's. We shop at both.
We prefer Sams because it's easier to find things since the isles are marked. I don't know why CostCo doesn't do the same.
Bobby your protein powder is perfect for the ninja creamy I used your chocolate brownie for chocolate ice cream! It came like soft serve!! I love the flavor it taste like ovaltine malted milk which was my favorite as a kid!!

I recently this past year got a new coffee machine that takes the cone natural filters and the coffee taste so much better. I love the natural coffee filters. I usually get a smaller pack at Walmart. Had no idea i could get a years worth of filters at sams. I'm so excited i know this definitely getting a pack next time i go.

I don't know if someone else mentioned it, but don't eat a handful of Brazil nuts lol! Too much selenium can be dangerous. Just eat one.
The air fryer is $185 on Amazon, so the one at Sam's is a real bargain! I may have to buy one.

I belong both Sam's Club and Costco. I like Sam's Club and bit better because their app tells what is in your local warehouse whether it is in stock while Costco you have to go to the warehouse.
I have the glass food storage containers and they are awesome! I used to get the egg lands best eggs at sams because they were cheaper there than any other place, however since I saw one of your videos on pasture raised eggs, I’ve been buying them at sams for a few weeks now! Thanks for all the great helpful info!

I love Sams because they have a much better website than Costco. You can actually look things up before you go shopping where it's impossible with Costco. Bobby I'm surprised you don't know in America all egg producing chickens have to be cage-free. It's a law. That's why in conventional poultry farms the chickens are loaded up in these hangers, with barely any walking space. Cage-free advertising doesn't mean anything.
That is why Bobby said the eggs need to be "Pasture Raised"...cage-free is worthless
Wonderful sprays their products with paraquat. I love their nuts but am rethinking them now.

I have both at this time. Sam’s club gives the option to order online and do grocery pickup. I wish Costco did the same. That’s a game changer during flu season. Both have discounts on gas. Not sure yet which one I like better but I don’t need both memberships.
I have both and I prefer Costco as it has healthy option as my Sam’s has more junk food. However, I keep both because of gas as Sam’s is closet to us. Plus, I don’t over shop at Sam’s like I do at Costco. Yet, if you truly wants to know which one is better do a walk around both stores and sees what options they have that you like to eat.
