    What is the best commuting motorcycle in your opinion?

    • @Pyrrho_
      @Pyrrho_ Год назад +1

      The one I already own and do everything else on. Any sport-tourer with quality OEM hard cases (which this Triumph seems to have available, and it looks like they're made by Givi) would do, really, provided it has enough carrying capacity, is nimble enough for your expected traffic situations, and isn't some garage princess that you'd be devastated if it got knocked over in a parking lot.

      Versys 650 and it's not even close.

      @RemboUSMC  Год назад +1

      @@ferociousfrankie I can see that argument. The Versys 650 is a great motorycle.

      @@RemboUSMC You really need to check the stats...... Versy is ok.... Far from great, as its more geared for off road. So, cant compare with the street tiger = The Tiger is Great street sport.

    I own the blue version and absolutely love it. I'm 6' tall so I replaced the screen with a taller one and it works a lot better. The optional hard saddlebags are awesome and fit my full face helmet.I am considering getting the optional quick shifter. 2,400 miles on it so far and absolutely no issues with mine.

    Forget the bike. I was gazing at the blue helmet. I kept mine on the ground once only to realise that ants made way into the helmet 🤣.Cornering Abs as standard and Cruise Control as an option. At USD12785 here in India not something much to ask for. The only thing I love is the three cylinder engine. Plus the plastic quality used is questionable. Reminds me. My F900XR request is long due 🙂.

      Triumph is not really known as a problem brand. Their bikes are pretty solid. I had a 2010 Street Triple for 4 years with no problems whatsoever. I now ride a 2016 Tiger Sport. I admit I am no fan of the front suspension on that one with my wheight, but after changing springs , it turns out to be a fantastic ride.I can understand you are not a fan of the brand but I don't think it is fair to state they have a lot of problems, because they just don't and are not known for it. I am sorry for your friends problems, but please do not generalise that.

      Every motorcycle manufacturer will have a small percentage of defects from their products and it depends on your luck on which batch of the products they produce that you received. Even a BMW gs or gsa will have some problems too. That's why warranties exist in the first place.
