Hope Shines on Navotas Residents

The community around SLORD Development Corporation, a food manufacturing company in Navotas, is home to many impoverished families. Tzu Chi Eye Center brought its services to the company’s employees and residents of the vicinity through a medical outreach program held on May 5.
