Ingredients:
• 500g blue marlin steak
• salt & pepper to taste
• oil for frying the fish
• 1 tbsp butter fir sauteing
• 4 garlic cloves minced
• 1 large onion sliced
• spring onions
• pineapple chunks for garnish (optional)
Marinade Sauce:
• 1tsp brown sugar
• 1tsp oyster sauce
• 2tbsp soy sauce
• 1tbsp lemon juice
